Hello Vincent,

I'd like to open a discussion on Process Analytical Techniques (PAT, which are used in the pharmaceutical industry for instance). Lean Six Sigma does offer some tools that monitor and mistake-proof any implementation process. The tools that are used in Lean Six Sigma are easier to apprehend but serve the same purpose when dealing with risk management and quality assurance. The goal of the PAT framework is (amongst others) to develop processes that can consistently ensure a given quality at the end of the manufacturing process. Lean Six Sigma makes this easier.

How would you define the synergy that should exist between PAT techniques and Lean Six Sigma as both have to deal with problems with complex relationships between parameters ?

Thank you for your views on this.

Best regards,

Michael Lewis

Hi Vincent,

I think there is a lot of synergy between Lean Six Sigma and the Analytic Bridge business networks. Do you have some articles or background info you could post to help educate the community about Analytic Bridge and the relationship between Lean Six Sigma?

Thanks in Advance,
