Thought I'd mention that I totally agree with your Change Pilots Group intro. Very inspiring and true for me.
As you know there is importance in max transparency during change projects in order to get a critical mass. One element that I would love to perfect is to create compelling messages (verbally or written) that convince both leaders and stakeholders to achieve sometimes necessary changes in direction, priority or behaviour. I wonder if there are simple NLP type recipes for this sort of thing? Maybe worth a discussion topic in here. Hello to all of those that can identify with Franky's intro.

New Features in the Group:
